How We Work

How the Program Works

LevelUp is designed to be simple, supportive, and action-driven. Over 10 weeks, participants learn, practice, and build — together.

Apply & Choose Your Track
Apply to the program and select the track that matches your interests and goals. Once accepted, you’ll join a cohort and get onboarded into the LevelUp community.

Learn & Grow Weekly
Each week, you’ll access practical learning modules, join peer discussions, and attend live mentorship sessions — all designed to build your skills and confidence.
03
Build a Real Project
You’ll apply what you’re learning to a personal project aligned with your track, receiving feedback and support as you go.
04
Launch, Showcase & Graduate
You’ll present your project at the LevelUp Showcase, graduate from the program, and join the alumni community for continued support and opportunities.
HOW IT WORKS

The 10-Week Journey

Success is built on vision, strategy, and people. Our program takes you through a transformative 10-week journey:
Unlock (Weeks 1–3)

Focus: Self-discovery & mindset

  • Explore your strengths, values, and purpose.
  • Build a growth mindset to overcome doubt and fear.
  • Map out opportunities in creative, tech, service, enterprise, or social impact paths.

Outcome: A clear personal development plan and your chosen track for the program.

Focus: Skills & personal brand

  • Master communication and storytelling to express ideas confidently.
  • Learn practical digital tools — Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, and AI tools.
  • Explore career pathways, freelancing, and building your portfolio.
  • Start building your personal brand and network strategically.

Outcome: Your digital profile, enhanced soft and digital skills, and a mini-project ready to showcase.

Focus: Action & community

  • Turn your ideas into real projects or initiatives.
  • Pitch your work confidently to peers, mentors, and potential collaborators.
  • Build networks and partnerships to expand your impact.
  • Showcase your final project at the LevelUp graduation event.

Outcome: A completed project, certificate of completion, and access to the LevelUp alumni network.
